Storywalk Amsterdam provides guided walking tours through the city of Amsterdam. Information about our tours, including duration, locations, and group size limits, is provided on our website and booking platforms. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour without prior notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking platform (e.g., FareHarbor).

• By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

• The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and assumes responsibility for all individuals in the group.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

• Prices are listed in Euros and include VAT where applicable.

• Payments are securely processed via our third-party booking provider.

• You may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

• No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.

•  We reserve the right to cancel tours due to illness, safety concerns, low participation, or force majeure. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or rescheduling.

We store personal data only as long as necessary:

• You may request to change your booking up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

• We do not guarantee the availability of new time slots or dates.

• Walking tours require moderate physical effort and take place in public, urban environments.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to take part.

• We are not responsible for delays or missed portions of the tour due to lateness.

• The guide reserves the right to deny participation to any individual whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, or unsafe.

• Participation in our tours is entirely at your own risk.

• CasaForte B.V. and its staff, including freelance guides, are not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, accident, or delay caused during the tour, unless resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

• We are not liable for damages arising from weather conditions, city infrastructure, theft, third-party actions, or your own behavior.

• You are advised to take appropriate insurance to cover personal injury, liability, and loss of property.

• We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages of any kind.

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, war, or governmental restrictions.

All content shared during our tours (stories, texts, photos, visuals) and on our website is the intellectual property of Storywalk Amsterdam / CasaForte B.V. It may not be copied, recorded, distributed, or reused without written permission.
